Last-minute deals, backed by data.
We tracked prices for 1111 hotels across 23 cities for 5+ months and identified the hotels that consistently drop prices when check-in gets close.
How we identify these hotels
A hotel qualifies once we've observed a price drop of at least 5% in the final two weeks before check-in on at least 60% of tracked stays, with a median discount of at least 8%. These thresholds describe observed history only, not a prediction of future prices.

Frequently asked questions about last-minute deals
How do you identify these hotels?
We compare each hotel's price in the final 2 weeks before check-in with its price further out, across every date we tracked. Hotels that dropped price on enough of those dates, with a large enough typical discount, qualify for this list. Nothing here is a forecast — it's a summary of prices we already observed.
What are hot dates?
Hot dates are check-in dates with unusually high historical demand, such as major events or holidays. We call them out separately because pricing behavior in the final two weeks can differ from a hotel's typical last-minute pattern.
